We are recruiting two Planned Investment Managers to cover the North London region.
You will be part of the Asset Management, responsible for implementing Clarion’s £111 million investment plans nationwide. These investment plans are designed to deliver Clarion’s asset and sustainability strategies, which include achieving the goals of the Clarion 2040 strategy. multiple capital assets, block housing renovation, deep renovation programs, mechanical and electrical projects and complex engineering projects.
All of this work is done across multiple tenure types and in varying geographic locations and we work proactively with stakeholders to enable the realization of our investment plans and demonstrate exceptional client methods.
As a Planned Investments Manager, you will be responsible for the detailed pre-planning and subsequent delivery of multiple projects and work programs. You will contribute to the development and planning of detailed 18-month planned capital programs, including the completion of inventory status surveys.
We are counting on you to help plan the five-year program district by district and carry out on-site inspections that guarantee the quality of our service and our products.
Other responsibilities include:
Manage and create project documentation to support the successful execution of projects and programs in accordance with the governance framework
Carry out projects and programs using the key stages and the Exceptional Customer methodology
Collaborate in the provision of appropriate technical specifications to contractors, to ensure that the correct standard of products is installed
Gather, research, interpret and present technical building information and surveys
You will already have substantial experience in the pre-planning and delivery of planned investment projects and programs and experience in contract management in a works delivery context. You will need experience in managing and implementing applicable legislative and regulatory requirements for program delivery, as well as managing and delivering expenditures, including forecasting and mitigating risk.
You hold a recognized qualification in a discipline related to real estate, a university level diploma or have proven experience in the successful realization of planned investments.
