The combined purchase price and expected development capital represent an additional commitment of approximately $ 450 million to Eagle Ford for Warwick. The acquisition is poised to generate value in the short and long term due to the balanced combination of current production acreage and near term future development.
Current oil production and short-term development will provide Warwick oil price exposure and recovery in oil demand seen in the continued decline in oil inventories in the United States.
