LGIM’s thematic ETFs use the three ROBO Global indices available in Europe
Thematic and research index provider ROBO Global has hired Axel Belorde as Palantir’s Business Development Manager for EMEA and Asia.
Reporting to Richard Lightbound, CEO for EMEA & Asia, Belorde (pictured) will be responsible for building client relationships and promoting the company’s research, advisory and indexing services in EMEA and Asia regions.
Belorde comes from Palantir Technologies, where he spent two years developing business partnerships within the company’s business development team.
Previously, he held investment management positions at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) for four years.
He focused in particular on the company’s thematic ETF offering, which uses the three ROBO Global benchmarks available in Europe.
Prior to LGIM, Belorde spent two years as a partner at BlackRock and another two years as an analyst at Liongate Capital Management.
