Christopher Baran now serves as senior vice president of construction and facilities and is based at the company’s headquarters in Chicago. In his new role, Baran oversees the construction management division of Redwood Capital Group and provides facilities management support to Redwood Residential’s property management team. Baran brings over 20 years of experience to his role, managing a team of project managers and overseeing all aspects of capital management, construction accounting, renovation programs, due diligence and consultancy. to improve training in maintenance processes.

Prior to joining Redwood Capital Group, Baran served as National Construction Manager at Laramar Group and held numerous titles at Frontier Construction, Inc., where he helped grow revenue from $7 million to $30 million. of dollars. Baran is a graduate of the Dell Webb School of Construction Management at Arizona State University.

Bethany Dolder has been appointed head of training and operations at Redwood Residential and is responsible for overseeing new property acquisitions as well as their staffing. In addition to ensuring a smooth transition of ownership and preparing on-site teams with any necessary training, Dolder also oversees the onboarding and development of new employees as well as the general oversight of training initiatives that strengthen the organization and contribute to employee retention and satisfaction.

Based in Chicago, Dolder has been with the company since 2018 and was promoted from her previous position as a senior property manager in one of Redwood Residential’s largest communities. Prior to joining the company, Dolder served as a property manager at Tailwind Group, managing the largest student housing community in the portfolio.

Kadi Mancuso, also based in Chicago, is the company’s Chief Marketing Officer and is responsible for developing strategic and tactical marketing plans for Redwood Residential and Redwood Capital Group, often acting as a liaison between corporate headquarters, regional management and community teams.

Prior to joining Redwood, Mancuso served as Director of Residential Marketing at CA Ventures, coordinating between development, construction, asset management and property management teams at the site level. Prior to joining CA, she was Marketing Manager for CMK Companies and Fifield Companies. Throughout his career, Mancuso has overseen over 14,000 units in garden, mid-rise and high-rise asset types.

Michelle Romeo, CPM, is now Senior Regional Manager for the Southeast region and is based in Atlanta. Romeo is responsible for the operational and financial success of Redwood Residential properties in Atlanta and Charlotte, as well as planned expansion into the Raleigh/Durham and Florida markets. Recipient of the CPM designation by the IREM, it is also affiliated with the Atlanta Apartment Association.

Romeo has been involved in all aspects of property management, including acquisitions and dispositions, leases, renovations, verification and implementation of policies and procedures, and day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Redwood Residential, she held positions at Bell Partners, Stonemark Management, The Worthing Companies and Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors.

Samuel Spitalny, also based in Redwood’s Atlanta office, is chief investment officer for the firm’s Southeast division. In this role, Spitalny manages all aspects of the acquisition, from initial sourcing to closing, in Atlanta, Raleigh Durham, Charlotte and Nashville, as well as other markets where opportunities arise in the Southeast. .

Prior to joining Redwood, Spitalny served as Director of Asset Management at The GSH Group and held numerous positions at The RADCO Companies, most recently as Vice President of Asset Management. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Spitalny is a member of the NMHC.

Lyndsay Thie now serves as Human Resources Manager for Redwood and is based at the company’s headquarters in Chicago. She is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies to improve corporate culture, programs, wellness and initiatives. and charitable practices.

Prior to joining Redwood, Thie’s experience was in the hospitality industry, most recently as Senior Director of Human Resources at Waldorf Astoria Chicago. She has also held positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, The Peninsula Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Highgate Hotels. A graduate of New York University, Thie received the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the Human Resource Certification Institute and is a Fellow of the Society for Human Resource Management.
