A Yorkshire pest control technology company has announced that it will be taken over by a London investment manager.

Knaresborough-based Pelsis Group announced its acquisition in September by specialist investment manager Pamplona Capital Management.

The group has been owned for four years by Lloyds Development Capital (LDC), the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, and currently has sales of £ 150 million.
