A new Midlands real estate investment group has been launched, targeting both investors and homeowners.
The Joseph Mews Property Group was created by Andy Foote, the former Director of Global Distribution of SevenCapital. Having held this role for the past eight years, with a turnover of over £ 900million, Foote expands the SevenInvest team to the new group.
Already the company has three new UK residential developments on its books and more developments will be announced later this month alongside four new developers the company will work with.
Andy said, “Our aim will be to deliver quality developments alongside quality developers, working closely with knowledgeable and trusted partners to bring the most exciting projects to our investors. “
The group will work closely with developers to bring projects to market and help investors build wealth through real estate through market research and investment advice.
Based in the Jewelery Quarter, Joseph Mews Property Group was named after Andy’s son who died in 2007 of a brain tumor at the age of just nine.
Joseph Mews Property Group will serve within its existing group of companies including Alexander Daniels, The Brain Tumor Charity, BMS Ltd and Nub & Ho Properties.
